With this upgrade we’ll add an additional sign attached to your main sign that provides the buyer a toll-free number to call from their mobile phone to have a system read them the property description. They can also be sent an SMS text with the price and property highlights. Finally we also add a QR Code to your lawn sign which will direct anyone with a SmartPhone directly to your listing. Feature Sheets & Holder – This service also allows you to provide detailed information about your home to anyone driving or walking by. With this service we’ll create a detailed professional double sided feature sheet and install a weatherproof holder on the post of your lawn sign. We’ll provide you an initial supply of 20 glossy brochures (full colour 2 sided). We’ll also supply you the PDF file of the feature sheet if you decide to have more printed on your own or we can print more for you (additional cost). The feature sheets are also great to post on local bulleting boards or provide at showings or open houses. Discount on Any 2 – Since people often drive around neighbourhoods they’d like to live in, this popular sign upgrade provides you two of our directional arrow signs to help ensure buyers know which turns to make to get to your property. Choose any 2 of the above.

Discount on Any 5 – For properties that are more difficult to find or for sellers who plan on doing Open Houses, we offer this package with 5 additional signs. You can choose from a mix of directional, open house or open house directional signs. Choose any 5 of the above.

Extra Lawn Sign – For very large properties or those that border on more than one main road. Buyers can have access to a 2nd primary sign printed with your phone number and installed by us.

4′ x 8′ Billboard Panel - For very large properties, those bordering on highways or for multi unit developments we can work with you to customize larger signs so that driving traffic can read key information even when further away or traveling at higher speeds. Multiple 4′ x 8′ panels can be printed to create even larger surface areas. The cost listed in the Pricing page is for the design and printing of the sign itself and doesn’t include building a standard or installation if necessary.
